No Hesitation in Recommending E S Hartley

Just wanted to say that following our second purchase of a Chausson Welcome 728EB from ES Hartley's of Ings - Kendal, we received great service and support from Andrew Pilkington and John Bond, the van is beautiful, we love it and have had numerous of comments of how nice it is, we are just now beginning to use it - I am sorry to say we are definitely fair weather motor homers!!.

Many thanks to Andrew who went above and beyond to get this deal in place for us - just before Christmas last year, much appreciated and would have no hesitation in recommending ES Hartley’s to others looking to purchase a motorhome.

Outstanding customer service

I would like to thank you for the excellent service I received Mon 24 May 21.  I was in a real dilemma with a broken water pump during Day 2 of a 10 Day break.  Lee and the team had the part in stock and offered to fit it during their lunch break.  3 hrs later I was back on the road.  Outstanding customer service.  The technicians and front of house staff went the extra mile.  Could I ask a special thanks is passed on to the Head Office for the service I received from Lee and the team.

Really worthy business

I've a custom built VW T5 camper @Sir.james.qc that had an intermittent domestic gas issue. The staff have been excellent in persevering with chasing the fault and ultimately rectifying the issue. Considering that my camper didn't come from them and I just stopped by, they've been wonderful. Really worthy business. Thanks.

Great Customer Service

A couple of years after buying our motorhome we spoke to a representative at one of the Motorhome shows. We were informed that there was some documents relating to our motorhome that had been found. Today, 5 years after buying the motorhome, I received them. How brilliant is that:-) Thank you E S Hartley.

Friendly, Fast and Efficient Service

I had a customer with a problem with his 12v habitation system, and all efforts over the phone to rectify it failed. Among various calls to local agents Mark at E S Hartley said he could look at it straight away if the hirer came to him. Fortunately my customer was only 3 miles away so brought van in. Mark checked it over and found a wiring fault in a junction box which we would never have discovered over the phone. Mark completed other checks and my hirer departed after about an hour with everything working properly. Top marks to Mark for a willing friendly fast and efficient service.

These guys saved my weekend!

We pulled up in a 2016 Rollerteam 746, Out came the salesman, probably thinking .... This could be a customer for brand new upgrade... Sadly not but was me and my partner and little girl with a minor problem on toilet door. Both the boss and salesman immediately came out to help and saved the weekend. No Charge! Real nice honest guys and when we do go for a new one, I will certainly be giving these guys a call.

What an amazing experience! A really friendly and helpful team. From the moment I arrived with 2 tired and bored children we were well looked after and felt relaxed. The motorhome was absolutely immaculate, a real luxury. I can't recommend ES Hartley enough, I will definitely be using them again next summer.

Great Experience

This is the second Hobby motorhome we have had from ES Hartley. We always find the staff friendly, helpful, and they listen to what we need in a motorhome. This time we had a great experience, and found a motorhome that really ticked all the boxes for us. Neil,Stuart and Vernon were brilliant, but the "jewel in the crown" is reserved for their service department. Ian and Gemma went above and beyond the call. Not everything in our motorhome was as it should be, but Ian and Gemma did everything we asked of them , which really gives you faith in the fact that you are dealing with right people. We would buy another motorhome off ES Hartley when the time is right.

We are very happy with the service

Well what can we say. the staff are unobtrusive and very polite. Graham the salesman who dealt with us is a very cheery cheeky chappy. Overall we are very happy with the service and coffee we were given. yes we would recommend them.
