    I would like to thank you for the excellent service I received Mon 24 May 21.  I was in a real dilemma with a broken water pump during Day 2 of a 10 Day break.  Lee and the team had the part in stock and offered to fit it during their lunch break.  3 hrs later I was back on the road.  Outstanding customer service.  The technicians and front of house staff went the extra mile.  Could I ask a special thanks is passed on to the Head Office for the service I received from Lee and the team.  Thanks again, David Youngs

    I've a custom built VW T5 camper @Sir.james.qc that had an intermittent domestic gas issue. The staff have been excellent in persevering with chasing the fault and ultimately rectifying the issue.
